Welcome to this breathtaking bikers retreat in Bella Vista!
This warm cozy home features a fully stocked bike repair area, secured parking and bike wash station.
Visit all the world renowned MTB trails in the NW Arkansas area. The Back 40 is only .5 mile away or visit the nearby Bentonville trails.
It is an open concept floor plan with a 70" smart television in the living room.
When you are not out riding enjoy relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee, playing games or reading a book.

This Space has been designed with mountain bikers in mind. Return from a ride and wash your bike at our custom-built bike wash station and store it in our secure bike parking, need a tune-up, our bike repair station is fully stocked with everything you could need.

The living room provides ample seating, original mountain bike artwork, and a 70 “ Roku Smart TV. Just sign in with your network providers and watch whatever you choose.

The kitchen has everything you need- cookware, dining ware, blender, and more.

Our coffee/Tea bar is set up to make for a great morning (or anytime really). There is a Keurig with K cups, Full-Pot with Filter packs, and for the tea lovers an electric kettle as well as many varieties of tea. Its also stocked with sugar, artificial sweetener, and cream so you can make your beverage just as you like it.

The perfect place to enjoy your hot beverage is in the peacefulness of our back-covered porch where we have comfortable seating and a view of the surrounding woods. Look carefully you may see deer and other wildlife.

The King-sized primary bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, Roku Smart TV, and a HUGE closet.

On the other side of the house are two more bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and the other twin beds. Both bedrooms have Roku Smart TV’s and closets with shelving for all your unpacking needs. These two rooms share a full bathroom.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
